Job Details
- Oversee all MEP field operations for large-scale data center projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate closely with project management, commissioning teams, and MEP trades to maintain schedule integrity and quality standards.
- Supervise installation of complex mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring code compliance and safety excellence
- Lead start-up, testing, and commissioning phases for mission-critical environments.
- Drive coordination between field teams, engineers, and owners to deliver projects exceeding expectations.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience leading MEP scopes on large commercial or data center projects ($100M+ preferred).
- Strong background in mission-critical, industrial, or high-density MEP systems.
- Proven success managing large subcontractor teams in fast-paced environments.
- Deep technical understanding of HVAC, power distribution, and controls.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with a focus on collaboration and quality.
