Job Details
Job Qualifications:
Writing sample, 3 references and law school transcripts will be required.
- 7+ years of business and transactions experience, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions
- Must have significant experience with a wide variety of business and M&A transactions, including advising on and drafting term sheets, letters of intent, purchase and sale agreements, operating agreements, shareholder agreements, as well as with corporate and partnership taxation issues and business succession matters.
- Solid legal research, writing, and communication skills
- Licensed with the OR State Board or willingness to take the Oregon bar exam
