Location: Downtown Houston
Schedule: Hybrid Remote/Office Schedule
Salary Range: $365,000 to $420,000/year

Job Details
The Houston office is seeking a Transactional Associate Attorney in the Firm's Corporate group. Experience in M&A, divestitures, joint ventures, and minority / majority investments in the Energy & Infrastructure sector is strongly preferred.

- Experience in M&A, divestitures, joint ventures, and minority / majority investments
- Energy & Infrastructure sector experience is strongly preferred.
- Stellar academic credentials and major law firm experience required. Preferred class years 2018-2020.
