The ideal candidate will have experience with IDP consolidation, SSO, and IGA implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Discovery and Design
Assess the current authentication landscape to identify inefficiencies, gaps in coverage, and potential security risks.
Document detailed requirements for IDP consolidation and future application onboarding for holistic IAM, including SSO and IGA capabilities.
Design a scalable and secure unified identity provider (IDP) solution using Microsoft Entra.
Develop a comprehensive project plan to guide the migration process.
2. Development and Implementation
Migrate existing applications from alternate IDPs into Microsoft Entra.
Configure authentication, provisioning, and access management settings to improve security and streamline operations.
3. Testing and Validation
Define and implement testing strategies to validate the integrity and performance of the new Microsoft Entra configuration.
Ensure compliance with IT-SOX and other regulatory standards as applicable.
4. Support and Training
Provide post-implementation support, including troubleshooting and configuration guidance.
Deliver tailored training sessions for the IAM team to ensure operational readiness and understanding of the new system, processes, and tools.
Qualifications:
Strong experience with Microsoft Entra (formerly Azure AD) and identity provider (IDP) consolidation.
Solid understanding of IAM best practices, SSO, provisioning, and security protocols.
Familiarity with IT-SOX or similar compliance frameworks.
Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and business teams.
