We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated MIG Aluminum Welder to join our dynamic team. As an integral member of our manufacturing unit, you will be responsible for MIG welding on aluminum materials, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest quality standards. As an integral member of our manufacturing unit, you will be responsible for MIG welding on aluminum materials, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities:
- Perform MIG welding on aluminum components as per project requirements.
- Read and interpret blueprints and welding process specifications.
- Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to fuse metal segments using processes such as MIG.
- Maintain safe work practices and adhere to company’s safety policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections of welding equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working order.
- Ensure that finished welds meet quality standards and align with ISO requirements.
- Develop welding projects by analyzing work orders, interpreting blueprints, and planning layouts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the Quality Control team to ensure that all welds are of the highest quality.
- Stay updated with the latest welding codes and standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in MIG Aluminum Welding in a manufacturing setting.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and welding process specifications.
- Solid knowledge of welding codes and standards.
- Familiarity with ISO standards and quality control processes.
- Demonstrated ability to operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment.
- Proven experience in maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
- Strong attention to detail with a keen focus on quality.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Must possess a valid welder’s certification.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in varying weather conditions.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant vocational training is a plus.
