We are seeking an experienced and skilled Millwork Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role involves the design and development of high-quality millwork products, ensuring that all engineering projects, initiatives, and processes are in conformance with the organization’s established policies and objectives. The ideal candidate is a creative, detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple tasks and work to tight deadlines. Responsibilities:
1. Design and develop high-quality millwork products using CNC machines, Microvellum, Inventor, Mozaik, and AutoCAD.
2. Perform detailed calculations to establish manufacturing and installation standards and specifications.
3. Inspect installations and observe operations to ensure compliance with design and equipment specifications and safety standards.
4. Use computer-assisted design software and equipment to perform engineering tasks.
5. Support the manufacturing team and work closely with them to ensure that all products are built to the highest standard.
6. Provide training and guidance to junior and intermediate millwork engineers on the team.
7. Confer with the production team to clarify or resolve problems and develop designs.
8. Analyze and design solutions for complex engineering problems related to millwork products.
9. Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications of electrical systems, and topographical maps to ensure that installation and operations conform to standards and customer requirements.
10. Coordinate and direct projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in the engineering industry, with a focus on millwork.
3. Extensive knowledge of woodwork and fixtures.
4. Proficiency in using CNC machines.
5. Expertise in using design software such as Microvellum, Inventor, Mozaik, and AutoCAD.
6. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
7. High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
8. Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
9. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to tight deadlines.
10. Strong leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achieving results.
11. Knowledge of industry, engineering, math, and materials.
12. Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage projects: planning, scheduling, and hands-on project management.
13. Knowledge of safety and relevant legal regulations.
