We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Permanent Crane Service Operations Manager to join our expanding team in the construction industry. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional who is adept at managing operations and team leadership. The successful candidate will have a strong background in working with various forms of mobile cranes, specifically RTs, All Terrains and Truck Cranes.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing and managing all crane service operations to ensure optimal efficiency and safety.
• Performing thorough crane inspections to ensure all equipment is in good working order and meets all safety standards.
• Reading, understanding, and interpreting operating manuals, parts manuals, blueprints, and technical drawings.
• Providing leadership and guidance to the crane service team, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and innovation.
• Developing and implementing operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Coordinating with other departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of projects.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on crane service operations.
• Proven experience operating and inspecting a variety of mobile cranes, specifically RTs, All Terrains, and Truck Cranes.
• Strong ability to read, understand, and interpret operating manuals, parts manuals, blueprints, and technical drawings.
• Exceptional leadership skills, with a proven track record of managing a team.
• Strong understanding of local, state, and federal regulations related to crane operations and safety.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions quickly and under pressure.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members at all levels.
