Help Power the Homebuying Journey – Join a Leading National Mortgage Team

With decades of success in the homebuilding and mortgage industry, our team has helped hundreds of thousands of families achieve their dream of homeownership. From land acquisition to mortgage financing, we support every step of the journey. While not every role requires a hard hat, every position is vital to the process—and this one is no exception.

We’re currently hiring a Disclosure Desk Analyst to support our mortgage operations. In this role, you’ll ensure timely and accurate delivery of all required loan disclosures while maintaining compliance and communication with internal teams.

This is a full-time, on-site position at our mortgage office.

What You’ll Do:
Review and deliver loan disclosures in line with regulatory timelines and internal service level standards

Monitor daily workflow pipelines and prioritize to meet volume demands

Stay up to date on loan products, guidelines, and regulatory requirements that impact disclosures

Collaborate with both local branch teams and corporate departments to ensure smooth operations

What We’re Looking For:
At least 2 years of professional administrative or operations experience

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities

A proactive mindset with the flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
