Job Details

Essential Duties:
  • Prepare initial and final Closing Disclosures
  • Balance final closing figures with the Title Company
  • Prepare and release final closing documents
  • Order and release funds for closing
  • Monitor key dates and adhere to deadlines.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance in preparing CD’s and closing docs
  • Directly communicate with origination team and title company closer
  • Calculate and verify compliance with program down payment requirements
  • Work with post-closing staff on any corrections and/or collection of additional items as needed
  • Must have experience with all loans types such as Conventional, FHA, VA, Jumbo, CHFA, etc.
  • Provide excellent customer service to all involved

Qualifications:
  • Must have at least 3 years of current mortgage closing experience.
  • Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be able to work 40 hours per week and overtime as required.
  • Must be proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook applications.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have a positive attitude.
  • Must be dependable, self-motivated, and require minimal supervision.
  • Must be proficient with all websites necessary to complete job functions.
  • Must be detail oriented.
  • Must be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Must be able to organize, prioritize, and manage time.
