Job Details
Responsibilities:
1. Review and process mortgage loan applications, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
2. Collaborate with lenders, underwriters, and other relevant parties to gather required information and resolve any issues.
3. Use your knowledge of homebuilder financing to provide expert advice and guidance to clients and colleagues.
4. Monitor and update loan statuses in the system, keeping all parties informed of any changes or updates.
5. Maintain a thorough understanding of all loan products and services offered by the company, as well as any relevant regulations or guidelines.
6. Provide exceptional customer service, answering any questions and addressing any concerns that clients may have.
7. Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the ongoing development of the company's loan processing procedures.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in mortgage loan processing, preferably within the Accounting and Finance industry.
2. Demonstrated knowledge of homebuilder financing and the ability to navigate complex financial situations.
3. Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
4. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex financial concepts to clients and colleagues.
5. Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
6. Proficiency in using mortgage loan processing software and other relevant technology.
7. A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a positive, professional demeanor at all times.
