We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Motorcycle Tech Product Specialist to join our team in the Manufacturing industry. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge motorcycle technology. The candidate will be responsible for researching, evaluating, and implementing new motorcycle tech products.

The candidate will be responsible for researching, evaluating, and implementing new motorcycle tech products.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical aspects of product development for motorcycle tech products, including design, prototyping, testing, and manufacturing.
- Provide expert knowledge and guidance on motorcycle tech products to our design and engineering teams.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure product specifications meet customer needs and market trends.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new product opportunities and monitor competitors.
- Develop and deliver technical product training to internal teams and customers.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest motorcycle technology and industry trends.
- Participate in product launches, providing technical support and presenting product features and benefits.
- Resolve technical issues related to motorcycle tech products and provide technical support to customers as needed.
- Ensure all products comply with industry standards and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, focusing on motorcycle tech products.
- Extensive knowledge of motorcycle products and the ability to translate technical information into user-friendly content.
- Proven experience in product development, from conception to market launch.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present technical information in a clear and concise manner.
- Proficient in using CAD software and other industry-related tools.
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Must be a team player, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Passionate about motorcycles and motorcycle technology.
- Willingness to stay updated on the latest industry trends and advancements.
- Ability to travel as needed for product launches, trade shows, and customer visits.
