A bit about us:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Multi-Family Construction Project Superintendent to join our team in the construction industry. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 8 years of construction experience, and be familiar with multi-family construction. The candidate must also possess a valid driver's license and automobile liability insurance. This is a full-time position located in San Diego, and the successful candidate will be responsible for supervising onsite personnel and subcontractors.

Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage all aspects of the construction project, ensuring that it is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Coordinate with the project manager, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure that the project is progressing as planned.
- Ensure that all safety regulations and procedures are followed on the job site.
- Manage the construction schedule and ensure that all work is completed on time.
- Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary.
- Ensure that all materials and equipment are delivered to the job site on time and are in good condition.
- Maintain accurate records of all construction activities and prepare reports as required.
- Provide regular updates to the project manager on the progress of the project.
