Job Details

This position is perfect for someone with Single-Family and/or Multi-Family construction experience and are open to those with Commercial background as well! You will be working on multi-family projects ranging from 10-70 million dollars. Daily responsibilities will include construction meetings with Trade Partners, developing your ability to run and manage schedules, safety protocols, cleanliness of the projects, assist in final punch out and turn overs of units, assist in building inspections, understanding and executing our vision of resort style living and experiences for our clients.

SKILLS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
*4+ years of relevant experience with multi-family and/or single-family residential construction superintendent/foreman experience
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
*Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
*Effective time management skills to manage a busy work environment. The ability to schedule and organize multiple jobs is critical.
