Job Details

We are on the hunt for a dynamic, detail-oriented and experienced Permanent Multi-Family Project Manager to join our team in the construction industry. This role is an exciting opportunity to oversee and manage the construction of multi-family residential projects from start to finish. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of project management, including procurement, budgeting, scheduling, and communication with all stakeholders. This is a full-time, permanent position, offering a competitive salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities

1. Oversee all stages of project life cycle, from conception to completion, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
2. Maintain and update the project's drawing set, both electronically and in hard copy, to reflect any modifications or updates.
3. Utilize Sage 300 for project management tasks, including tracking costs, managing contracts, and generating reports.
4. Procure all necessary materials and equipment, coordinating with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and adherence to project specifications.
5. Use Bluebeam for document management, including reviewing and marking up drawings, tracking revisions, and collaborating with project team.
6. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as adherence to company safety standards and protocols.
7. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal team members.
8. Resolve any project issues or disputes, maintaining a positive working relationship with all parties involved.

Qualifications

1. A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in multi-family, affordable housing, or commercial construction project management.
3. Proficiency in Sage 300 and Bluebeam.
4. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
6. Ability to read, interpret, and update construction drawings and specifications.
7. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
8. A commitment to safety and quality, with a track record of meeting project deadlines and budgets.
