Join a fast-growing, people-first builder expanding into the Charlotte market. This is your chance to lead the charge on large-scale multifamily projects (350+ units, $30M–$70M+) with full backing from a proven team.

What You’ll Do:
- Run field operations across multiple ground-up multifamily builds
- Lead supers and field staff to hit safety, quality, and schedule goals
- Manage subcontractors, drive progress, solve problems, and own outcomes
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Development, Property Management, and more
- Use tools like Procore and Excel to track progress, changes, and RFIs
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven multifamily or commercial PM experience
- Strong leadership, field management, and problem-solving chops
- Tech-savvy with Procore and construction tracking tools
- A builder and culture-shaper ready to make an impact from the ground up
