Job Details

We are seeking a Multifamily Project Manager to join our dynamic and growing team. Our company specializes in the development and construction of multifamily, apartment, condo, townhome, hotel, and hospitality projects. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire construction process from start to finish. You will work closely with our team of architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the construction process, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure that all project requirements are met.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, and ensure that they are adhered to throughout the construction process.
  • Monitor and control project costs, and identify and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Ensure that all work is completed in compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other applicable standards.
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and other project-related documents.
  • Communicate regularly with project stakeholders, including owners, developers, and other team members, to keep them informed of project progress and any issues that may arise.
  • Manage project closeout activities, including final inspections, punch lists, and turnover to owners.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on multifamily, apartment, condo, townhome, hotel, or hospitality projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction management principles, practices, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Must be detail-oriented, with a strong focus on quality and customer service.
