Job Details
1. A minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry, specifically in multifamily, residential, and wood framing construction.
2. Proven experience in stick frame and podium construction.
3. Extensive knowledge of construction industry safety protocols and regulations.
4. Excellent leadership and project management skills.
5. The ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
6. Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and work as part of a team.
