Multifamily Superintendent

We are a fully integrated General Contractor with in-house development, construction, management, and investment opportunities. They have been around for over 5 decades and have found great success in the Multifamily, Hospitality, Senior Living, Industrial, Medical and Retail sectors. As of late their Wood-frame Multifamily project work has greatly filled their pipeline in the Minneapolis Area!

Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of construction experience in a lead field supervisory role.
• Ground-up, wood-frame multifamily construction experience required.
• Undergraduate degree in engineering or construction management degree preferred but not required.
• OSHA 30 and CPR/First Aid training certifications preferred, but not required.
