A bit about us:

We are building a variety of high end multifamily garden apartments throughout the greater Atlanta area. We're a smaller company that works to build urban developments to meet the growing demand of the housing market. We're looking for someone with prior experience as a superintendent or PM that has worked in multifamily construction projects for ideally 2+ years.

Job Details

3+ years experience as a Project Manager or Superintendent in multifamily construction
Proficient with project management software or Microsoft office
Strong communication and client-facing skills
Experience managing timelines and working with clients, vendors, interior designers, etc
