Position Summary
The Multifamily Superintendent will provide overall field leadership for ground-up multifamily construction projects. This individual will be responsible for managing daily jobsite operations, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining project schedules, ensuring quality standards, and promoting a culture of safety.

This individual will be responsible for managing daily jobsite operations, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining project schedules, ensuring quality standards, and promoting a culture of safety.
Key Requirements:
- Lead day-to-day field operations for a ground-up multifamily construction project in Lebanon, NH.
- Coordinate subcontractors and site activities to maintain construction progress and sequencing.
- Maintain high standards for jobsite safety, workmanship, and quality.
- Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and related project documents.
- Conduct field inspections and identify construction issues before they affect downstream work.
- Coordinate closely with project management and other project stakeholders on progress, constraints, and field needs.
- Maintain organized field documentation and reporting.
- Strong construction leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Multifamily construction experience strongly preferred, particularly experience overseeing large, ground-up residential projects.
- Experience successfully managing subcontractors and multiple trades in an active construction environment.
- Construction-management software experience is a plus.
