Job Details:
We are currently seeking Defense Attorneys with experience representing clients in general liability claims involving premises, roadway, and transportation-related incidents (including vehicles such as buses, police cars, fire trucks, and ambulances). Also seeking attorneys experienced representing municipalities in employment defense litigation, including claims involving sexual harassment, discrimination, and retaliation under Title VII, ADEA, and the ADA

Qualifications:
  • Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Licensure: Admission to the New York State Bar
  • 2+ years of experience in municipal law, government defense, or related insurance defense litigation
  • Additional Relevant Experience: general liability, medical malpractice, slip and fall, premises liability, labor law, MVA, and construction defect.
  • Strong litigation background, including motion practice, depositions, hearings, and trial preparation
