Key Responsibilities
Qualifications
- Represent municipalities, elected officials, authorities, and private clients on various municipal and land use matters.
- Attend and participate in public and client meetings, including municipal boards, planning commissions, zoning hearings, and other related proceedings.
- Advocate for clients in hearings, trials, appeals, and quasi-judicial proceedings.
- Draft legal documents, such as agreements, applications, ordinances, zoning decisions, and legal opinions.
- Maintain consistent client communication and provide timely updates on case developments.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) and active bar admission in Pennsylvania.
- 3–5 years of relevant legal practice experience.
- Strong initiative and ability to handle matters independently.
- Proven ability to develop business and maintain client relationships.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related software.
