Job Details
We are seeking an exceptional Permanent Nanny to join our family. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated, passionate, and caring individual who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the overall well-being of our child, ensuring their physical, emotional, and intellectual growth. This role requires a professional who can seamlessly blend into our family's lifestyle and provide a nurturing, stimulating, and safe environment for our child. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:
1. Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where the child can thrive and develop.
2. Preparing healthy meals and snacks for the child.
3. Organizing creative and educational activities to engage the child, enhancing their intellectual growth.
4. Assisting with the child's hygiene needs, including bathing, dressing, and toilet training when the time comes.
5. Performing light housekeeping duties related to the child, such as cleaning up after meals, tidying play areas, and washing child's clothes.
6. Managing the child's schedules and ensuring they get regular naps and meals daily.
7. Collaborating with parents on child development and daily routines, maintaining open communication to ensure consistency.
8. Handling any emergencies that may arise in a calm and efficient manner.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Nanny/Babysitter or bachelor's degree in early childhood education.
2. Proven experience in meal preparation, activity creation, and cleanup.
3. Valid CPR and First Aid certifications are a plus.
4. Excellent understanding of child development in different age stages.
5. Ability to come up with creative ideas to educate and engage a child.
6. Multitasking skills, with the ability to manage a schedule.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build a strong relationship with a child and their parents.
8. High level of discretion and professionalism.
9. Ability to handle stressful situations efficiently and effectively.
10. Must have a driver’s license and reliable transportation.
