Your primary responsibility will be to
cultivate and nurture relationships with key stakeholders across national markets, leveraging your exceptional
communication and negotiation skills to effectively convey the value proposition of our offerings. In addition to
your sales acumen, you will possess a keen analytical mindset, allowing you to identify market trends,
capitalize on emerging opportunities, and strategically position us as a leader in the industry. Your
proactive approach and relentless pursuit of excellence will be instrumental in achieving ambitious sales
targets and fostering long-term partnerships with clients

Responsibilities and Activities:
● Conducts outbound cold calls to potential clients to introduce our products/services and identify their
needs.
● Qualifies leads by gathering information and assessing their potential as viable prospects.
● Builds and maintains strong relationships with prospective clients through effective communication and
follow-up.
● Collaborates with the sales team to strategize and develop cold calling scripts and techniques.
● Keeps accurate records of all interactions and sales activities in our CRM System.
● Stays up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to effectively address client inquiries.
Education:
● Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not required.
Work Experience:
● Solution selling experience within the non-profit market.
● Proven experience in cold calling and sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
● Passionate, driven professional with a track record of success in selling.
● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to adapt your communication style to
different customer profiles.
● Customer focused mindset with a passion for building lasting customer relations.
● Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, evolving sales environment.
● Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong work ethic.
● Ability to handle rejection positively and persist in the face of challenges.
● Strong negotiating skills and attention to detail.
● Familiarity with a CRM System and sales tools is a plus.
