📍 Sacramento Hybrid ~ 3 Days in Office
💰 Salary: $210,000 - $260,000 + Performance Bonuses (1750 Billble Hours)
Role: Natural Resources Municipal Attorney (5+ Years Experience)
What You’ll Do:
✅ Advise elected boards of local special districts that operate critical infrastructure (water, sewer, land use, utilities, etc.).
✅ Work at the intersection of good governance law, public finance, environmental law, water law, land-use law, and public contracting—helping clients navigate public works construction and climate resilience projects.
✅ Engage directly with public agencies and stakeholders, providing strategic legal guidance on high-impact issues.
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ 5+ years of experience in relevant practice areas, particularly working with public agencies.
✔️ Comfort with direct client engagement and public meetings—or a strong willingness to learn.
✔️ Strong legal analysis, writing skills, and attention to detail.
✔️ Willingness to attend public meetings (virtually and in person)
