Job Details

We are seeking an experienced NDT Technician / Industrial Radiographer (Level II or Level III) to support our growing inspection and testing operations.

This individual will perform radiographic and magnetic particle inspections both in-house and at customer locations while ensuring compliance with applicable codes, standards, and safety requirements.

The ideal candidate is a technically strong inspector who values safety, accuracy, teamwork, and customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Perform Radiographic Testing (RT) inspections
  • Perform Magnetic Particle Testing (MT) inspections
  • Interpret and evaluate inspection results
  • Generate detailed reports and inspection documentation
  • Operate Computed Radiography (CR) systems
  • Set up and calibrate radiographic equipment
  • Maintain radiation safety compliance
  • Support field inspections at customer sites
  • Ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards
  • Maintain inspection records and quality documentation
  • Collaborate with engineering, fabrication, and operations teams
  • Promote a strong safety culture
  • Assist with additional production activities when needed

Qualifications
Required
  • Level II RT Certification or ability to obtain certification quickly
  • Experience performing Radiographic Testing (RT)
  • Experience performing Magnetic Particle Testing (MT)
  • Minimum 2+ years of NDT experience
  • Radiation Safety Training
  • IRRSP/State Radiographer Card (or ability to obtain)
  • Experience with Computed Radiography (CR)
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Ability to pass background and drug screening
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

  • Level III Certification
  • ASNT Certifications
  • NAS-410 Certification
  • PT (Penetrant Testing) Certification
  • UT (Ultrasonic Testing) Certification
  • Radiation Safety Officer experience
  • Technical degree or related education

Compensation & Benefits
Compensation
  • Level II (Company Certified): $28-$35/hr
  • Level II (ASNT Certified): $30-$40/hr
  • Level III (ASNT Certified): $40-$47/hr
  • Consistent 40-50 hour work weeks
  • Overtime paid at 1.5x
