What You'll Do
Welcome and assist new patients throughout the intake and registration process.
Schedule initial appointments and coordinate with providers and clinical staff.
Gather and verify patient demographics, insurance information, and required documentation.
Answer incoming calls and respond to patient questions with professionalism and empathy.
Ensure accurate data entry and maintain patient records.
Collaborate with internal teams to create a seamless patient experience from the very first interaction.
Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
What We're Looking For
Fluent in Vietnamese and English (required).
Previous experience in a medical office, healthcare customer service, patient access, scheduling, or front office environment preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is a plus.
