Job Details
We are seeking a highly skilled Permanent Registered Nurse NICU to join our medical industry team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in neonatal intensive care and possess the necessary skills and qualifications to provide exceptional care to our patients. Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, compassionate care to neonatal patients in the NICU
- Monitor vital signs and administer medications as needed
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
- Educate patients and their families on proper care techniques and disease management
- Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with all regulatory standards
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment for patients and staff
Qualifications:
- Active BLS certification
- Current Colorado Nurse or Compact license
- RN License CO
- Nursing Degree (BSN preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a neonatal intensive care unit
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts and weekends as needed
