We are seeking a highly skilled Permanent Registered Nurse NICU to join our medical industry team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in neonatal intensive care and possess the necessary skills and qualifications to provide exceptional care to our patients. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits packages available.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to neonatal patients in the NICU
• Monitor vital signs and administer medications as needed
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
• Educate patients and their families on proper care techniques and disease management
• Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with all regulatory standards
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment for patients and staff

Qualifications:

• Active BLS certification
• Current Colorado Nurse or Compact license
• RN License CO
• Nursing Degree (BSN preferred)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a neonatal intensive care unit
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts and weekends as needed
