NICU Supervisor - RN

We are looking for a NICU Clinical Supervisor to join our team just north of Atlanta, in Canton, GA. This is a full time night role, with previous supervision experience preferred.

3 12 hour shifts a week, and access to our full benefits and pension plan on day one. We also offer relocation and student debt relief if applicable.

This is a supervisor role, working with patients 40% of the time and performing supervisor duties for the remaining time.

On a daily basis, you may do any one of the following:

• Create daily work assignments
• Recommend operational changes
• Make patient rounds
• Supervise nursing/care staff
• Work to improve quality
• Complete hospital license/certification
• Practice and implement safety protocols
