We are on the hunt for a dynamic and talented NOC Engineer to join our cutting-edge engineering team. This role combines the technical expertise of a network engineer with the strategic vision of a consultant, making it an ideal fit for someone who enjoys problem-solving and conceptualizing complex network solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our network operations center (NOC) and providing high-level technical support to our clients. This role demands a deep understanding of network infrastructure, server administration, and solutions architecture. Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of our NOC, ensuring maximum uptime and optimal performance.
Provide expert-level technical support to our clients, resolving complex network issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Design, implement, and manage network solutions tailored to our clients' unique needs.
Monitor and analyze network performance and data input/output reports to detect problems, identify inefficient use of computer resources, or perform capacity planning.
Work closely with our IT team to deploy and integrate new technologies into our NOC.
Manage our server infrastructure, including GPO management, firewall configurations, and network printer setup.
Maintain an in-depth understanding of our network infrastructure, including Cisco routers, DNS, SMTP, SNMP, VoIP, POTS, PSTN, and PBX.

Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years' experience in a network engineering or NOC role.
Proficient in basic networking, Windows 10, and server administration.
Familiarity with network printers, integrations, and solutions architecture.
Experience with desktop deployment and GPO management.
In-depth knowledge of networking, firewall configurations, Cisco routers, DNS, SMTP, SNMP, VoIP, POTS, PSTN, and PBX.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about network solutions.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
A commitment to continuous professional development and staying up-to-date with the latest network technologies and trends.
