The firm is seeking an experienced attorney for a Non-Equity Partner role. Candidates may align with one of the following practice areas based on background and expertise:
General Liability Litigation
Commercial Litigation / Professional Liability
Financial Services Litigation / FINRA / Securities Litigation
This role is ideal for an attorney seeking a long-term platform to manage sophisticated litigation matters, maintain and expand client relationships, and contribute to the continued growth of a dynamic litigation practice.
Responsibilities
Independently manage a litigation caseload from inception through resolution
Develop litigation strategy, oversee discovery, conduct depositions, and manage motion practice
Handle hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials as applicable
Maintain and strengthen existing client relationships while supporting business development initiatives
Supervise and mentor associates and junior attorneys
Collaborate across practice groups and offices on complex matters
Ensure timely reporting, budgeting, and client communication

Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school
Active license and good standing in the applicable jurisdiction
Significant litigation experience within one of the identified practice areas
Experience independently managing complex litigation matters
Portable business preferred, but not required depending on experience level and practice fit
Strong deposition, motion practice, negotiation, and client management skills
Trial and arbitration experience preferred
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
