We have grown and we are looking for MRI and Multimodality Technologist in the Dallas-Fort Worth Area. Hiring locations include North Dallas, Ennis, Plano, Mesquite, Benbrook, Richardson, and Grand Prairie.

Work shift: Day
Work Week: Mon-Sunday
Job Summary Under the direction of a supervisor, the technologist performs tests for diagnosis and medical research. Prepare and give small doses of radioactive drugs (radiopharmaceuticals) to patients, then use high-level imaging equipment to record images of the radioactive material in the body. Adheres to all clinical and department policies.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma or GED equivalent with satisfactory completion of a nuclear medicine program and passed the certifying exam from a certification board like the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board or the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to function as a skilled general diagnostic technologist as required according to departmental standards.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES AND REGISTRATIONS REQUIRED: Registered in Nuclear Medicine Technology by a nationally recognized certifying body (ARRT preferred) or meets the requirements for registry eligibility. A
graduate technologist must become registered within their first year of employment. Certified by the Texas Department of Health as a Medical Radiologic Technologist.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES AND REGISTRATIONS REQUIRED: American Registry of Radiologic Technologists. Medical Radiological Technologist Certificate from Texas Department of Health. Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).
