Nurse Clinican - CVICU
Monday - Friday, 8 hr shifts
Days or Nights Available
Job Duties:
Functions in a leadership role as a unit-based clinical resource and educator. Responsible for staff development, orientation and onboarding, competency, patient education, and quality improvement. Clinician handles a lot of the new hire training. Making sure they are signed up for the correct classes, are paired with a preceptor, etc
REQUIREMENTS:
BSN degree
Two (2) years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse in the clinical specialty - cardiovacular ICU
