Nurse Manager - Adolescent Psych Unit:
The Nurse Manager of Youth/Adolescent Psych will be a Registered Nurse with BSN Degree and 5+ years progressive leadership experience in an inpatient psychiatric/mental health setting with focus on adolescent/youth patients 5-17 yaers of age. The Nurse Manager will ensure compliance with regulatory boards, mantain budget, and promote high quality patient care.
Qualifications:
The Nurse Manager of Youth/Adolescent Psych will be a Registered Nurse with BSN Degree and 5+ years progressive leadership experience in an inpatient psychiatric/mental health setting with focus on adolescent/youth patients 5-17 yaers of age. The Nurse Manager will ensure compliance with regulatory boards, mantain budget, and promote high quality patient care.
Qualifications:
- BSN Degree required
- MSN Degree preferred
- Qualified candidates will have at least 5 years’ related clinical experience in Inpatient Behavioral Health and/or Inpatient Psychiatric units
- Prefer 2+ years progressive management experience as a Supervisor, Coordinator, Assistant Nurse Manager or equivalent
- Experience with Adolescent/Youth populations
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- BLS Certified
- Active SC RN license or ability to gain state licensure
