Job Details
Nurse Manager, Behavioral Health (Psych)
* Reports to the Director of Behavioral Health
* Oversees nearly 100 employees, including RNs and Techs across multiple inpatient & outpatient sites
* The Nurse Manager will lead and drive crisis intervention in the emergency department, escalation, stabilization, restraints expert, etc.
Qualifications:
* BSN Degree
* Master's preferred
* Qualified candidates will have at least 3 years progressive management experience in Behavioral Health, Mental Health, Psych or related speciality
* Experience with Pediatric / Adolescent Psych patients preferred
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication
* Proven ability to lead, mentor and train staff
* BLS Certified
* Certified Psychiatric Nurse preferred
* Active GA RN license or ability to gain licensure
