Nurse Manager, Critical Care / ICU

  • Leading Trauma Center & Teaching Hospital
  • The Nurse Manager will work in collaboration with the Director of Critical Care Services to oversee staffing, budgets, policies & procedures, quality improvement, foster a positive work environment and drive positive change across the department


Qualifications:
  • BSN Degree Required
  • Qualified candidates will have 3 or more years progressive Supervisory / Management experience
  • Proactive and forward-thinking team leader
  • TX RN license or ability to gain state licensure
  • ANCC Certification
