Job Details

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations of the outpatient clinic, ensuring efficient and effective patient care.
  • Supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff, promoting professional development and continuous learning.
  • Implement and maintain nursing policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless and comprehensive patient care.
  • Manage patient scheduling, triage, and other patient services to ensure a smooth patient experience.
  • Address and resolve any patient complaints or issues, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, address concerns, and foster a cohesive team environment.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
  • Provide teaching and education to nursing staff, enhancing their professional skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:
  • Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Minimum of 2 years of nursing management experience.
  • Proven experience in patient triage and patient services.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
  • Flexibility to adapt to the changing needs of the clinic and its patients.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a commitment to fostering a positive work environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with patients, family members, and staff.
  • Demonstrated ability to teach and provide nursing education to staff.
  • Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and other healthcare IT systems.
