Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Oversee daily operations of the outpatient clinic, ensuring efficient and effective patient care.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff, promoting professional development and continuous learning.
- Implement and maintain nursing policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless and comprehensive patient care.
- Manage patient scheduling, triage, and other patient services to ensure a smooth patient experience.
- Address and resolve any patient complaints or issues, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, address concerns, and foster a cohesive team environment.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Provide teaching and education to nursing staff, enhancing their professional skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing management experience.
- Proven experience in patient triage and patient services.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
- Flexibility to adapt to the changing needs of the clinic and its patients.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a commitment to fostering a positive work environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with patients, family members, and staff.
- Demonstrated ability to teach and provide nursing education to staff.
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and other healthcare IT systems.
- Commitment to staying current with the latest nursing practices and medical advancements through continuous learning and professional development.
