We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team. As a NP/PA, you will work alongside a team of healthcare professionals to provide exceptional care services to patients. Qualifications:

• Must be a licensed Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant with previous experience in a Family Med, Community Health, or Outpatient setting.
• Any experience with Community Health or in FQHC organizations is a plus
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of primary care practices and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.
• Must be committed to providing high-quality patient care and dedicated to improving the health and well-being of others.
