Nurse Practitioner - Primary Care:

* Outpatient Clinic
* Mon - Fri, Day Shift
* No Holidays, NO Nights, Limited/No Weekends

We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to provide evidenced-based primary care .

Qualifications:
* Nurse Practitioner with active NY License
* Prefer 1 or more years Family Medicine / Primary Care experience
* DEA License
* Bilingual Spanish a plus
