They are currently looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their team pediatric clinic. Prior pediatric specialization or experience is preferred, but not required.
An ideal candidate is a NP or PA with active licensure in California. Bilingual Spanish preferred. New grads are welcome!

The Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant will act as an outpatient general pediatrics provider. As a valued member of our client's multidisciplinary group, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality, bread-and-butter outpatient pediatric care to our diverse patient population.

- Provide comprehensive pediatric care in an outpatient setting, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the health and well-being of infants, children, and adolescents.
- Conduct a variety of care visits, including CHDP (Child Health and Disability Prevention) and sports physical exams, newborn check-ups, routine well-child visits, and management of acute illnesses.
- Utilize telehealth technologies for remote consultations as needed, while primarily conducting in-person care visits.
- Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and specialists, to provide coordinated and patient-centered care.
- Emphasize trauma-informed care principles, ensuring a compassionate and supportive environment for patients and their families.
- Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration, actively participating in care team meetings, case discussions, and interdisciplinary collaborations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records, documenting patient encounters, treatment plans, and relevant medical information.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in pediatric care and attend professional development opportunities to enhance clinical knowledge and skills.
- Adhere to all regulatory and compliance standards, following evidence-based practices and guidelines.
