We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic healthcare team. This full-time permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to provide comprehensive healthcare services to patients of all ages. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating acute, chronic, and complex diseases, as well as performing comprehensive physical examinations. This role requires a high level of autonomy and ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide the highest level of care to our patients.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide primary healthcare services in accordance with established protocols and under the supervision of a licensed physician.
2. Diagnose and treat common acute conditions and chronic diseases.
3. Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to identify and assess patient health needs.
4. Develop and implement patient care plans, and maintain accurate and detailed medical records.
5. Advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention.
6. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to manage patient care.
7. Educate patients and their families on how to manage their health condition and promote wellness.
8. Provide emergency care, including administering medications and performing life-saving procedures.
9. Participate in ongoing professional development and research to maintain current knowledge in nursing and healthcare.
Qualifications:
1. Master's Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
2. Current and valid Nurse Practitioner license.
3. Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
4. Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
5. Demonstrated experience in patient care and family practice.
6. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
7. Strong clinical skills with the ability to react decisively in emergency situations.
8. Proficient in electronic medical records and medical software.
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
10. Strong commitment to patient care and privacy guidelines.
