Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic medical team. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing exceptional primary care services to our patients. You will work closely with our team of physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standard of patient care. The successful candidate will have a passion for preventative medicine and chronic disease management. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including physical examinations, medical histories, and laboratory tests.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with chronic diseases, such as thyroid and endocrine conditions, COPD, and asthma.
  • Manage patients with anxiety and depression, providing counseling and medication management as needed.
  • Perform diagnostic tests, including EKG, spirometry, swabs, HB A1C, and INR testing.
  • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standard of patient care.
  • Educate patients on disease prevention and healthy lifestyle choices.
  • Maintain accurate and complete medical records.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Active Adult Nurse Practitioner or Primary Care Nurse Practitioner license.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a primary care setting.
  • Experience in preventative medicine and chronic disease management.
  • Strong clinical skills, including the ability to perform diagnostic tests and interpret results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate medical records.
  • Knowledge of EHR systems and other healthcare technologies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
