Job Details

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history and physical examinations.

Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, infections, and other illnesses.

Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including prescribing medications and recommending lifestyle changes.

Provide routine screenings, vaccinations, and preventive care services.

Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as blood work, imaging, and other laboratory studies.

Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment options, and preventive care strategies.

Collaborate with physicians, specialists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records (EMR).

Adhere to all federal, state, and local healthcare regulations and standards.
