We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Nursing Education Manager to join our team in the medical industry. This is a permanent role that requires an individual with a strong background in acute care and hospital experience. The ideal candidate will have an associates degree and be a registered nurse in North Carolina. Additionally, AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are required, and the candidate must become an instructor within six months of hire. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, and community hospital experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement nursing education programs and initiatives for our organization.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to identify educational needs and develop training materials.
  • Conduct educational sessions for nursing staff, including orientation, continuing education, and specialty training.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs and adjust as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements related to nursing education.
  • Manage the budget for nursing education programs and initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with current trends and best practices in nursing education.

Qualifications:
