Key Responsibilities:
1. Legal Representation: Provide legal counsel and representation to nursing homes and healthcare facilities in matters related to malpractice claims, negligence, wrongful death, and other healthcare-related disputes.
2. Case Management: Manage a caseload of nursing home defense cases, from initial client consultation to resolution, including pre-trial preparation, negotiation, and litigation if necessary.
3. Legal Research: Conduct legal research and analysis to stay updated on healthcare laws, regulations, and precedents relevant to nursing home defense cases.
4. Client Communication: Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication, providing regular updates, and addressing client concerns and inquiries.
5. Strategy Development: Collaborate with clients to develop legal strategies for minimizing liability, ensuring compliance with regulations, and protecting the interests of the healthcare facility.
6. Court Appearances: Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and mediations as required.

Qualifications:
