Title: Clinical Coordinator – Diagnostic Medical Sonography (DMS)
Location: Atlanta, GA (In-person)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Compensation: $45–$55/hour
Employment Type: Full-time
The Clinical Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the clinical education component of the Diagnostic Medical Sonography (DMS) program. This role ensures students receive high-quality clinical training, meet competency requirements, and are well-prepared for professional practice.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage clinical placements for students
Build and maintain relationships with clinical sites
Ensure proper supervision and instruction in clinical settings
Monitor student progress and evaluate clinical performance
Develop and maintain clinical schedules, assignments, and documentation
Conduct site visits to assess student learning and site effectiveness
Collaborate with clinical instructors and faculty to ensure program quality
Support program operations in partnership with the Program Director
Provide academic advising and student support
Participate in faculty meetings, program reviews, and advisory boards
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (required)
ARDMS certification in Abdomen and OB/GYN (required)
RVT certification (preferred)
Minimum 2 years of clinical imaging experience
Experience with student supervision, instruction, or training
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to travel to clinical partner sites
