Hospital in Virginia is searching for a full-time locum tenens OB/GYN to join their team of Nurse Practitioners and Certified Nurse Midwives.

Job Details:
  • Immediate need, Emergency Privileges available
  • 24hr Call Coverage for L & D and ED.
o Provider is second call behind the Midwife
o Call is Taken from the hotel, approximately 2 miles from the hospital
  • Holiday Coverage: November 27-30, December 24-28
  • Pediatrician available for birth
  • In-house anesthesia providers
  • No circumcisions
  • No scheduled cases
  • LOW volumes
  • ER Backup

Facility details:
  • 110 bed acute care facility
  • Emergency privileges available
  • Primary call/labor and delivery coverage by experienced CNMs
  • Newly renovated, spacious clinic within house ultrasound and lab
  • Remote and 2x monthly on-site consultation with University of Virginia (UVA) MFM Service
  • daVinci® Surgical System access and Level II NICU with neonatal transport team (1-hour drive)
