Job Details
- Conduct thorough at home occupational therapy evaluations for patients within Palm Beach County, FL
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide ongoing occupational therapy treatment to patients
- Monitor and document patient progress
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and strategies for home exercises
Qualifications:
- Active Florida Occupational Therapist (OT) license
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to patient homes
- Preferred 1 year of experience in home health physical therapy
- New Grads are welcome to apply
- Strong knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations and compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- CPR Certification (Required)
