The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating patients' abilities and developing customized treatment plans that improve their ability to perform daily activities, enhance their functional independence, and improve their quality of life. Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
2. Current and valid licensure to practice as an Occupational Therapist.
3. Minimum of 1 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist, preferably in a healthcare setting.
4. Excellent knowledge of principles, methods, and procedures for diagnosis and treatment in occupational therapy.
5. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals.
6. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex information in a clear and understandable manner.
7. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
8. High level of compassion, patience, and empathy, with a strong commitment to improving patients' quality of life.
