Weโ€™re seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our growing therapy team. Youโ€™ll work closely with patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery, helping them rebuild the skills needed for daily living and greater independence.

๐Ÿ’ผ Responsibilities
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to support ADLs and functional recovery

Deliver hands-on therapy sessions aligned with short- and long-term care needs

Collaborate with physical therapists, SLPs, nursing staff, and physicians as part of a dynamic care team

Educate families and caregivers on supportive interventions

Maintain clear, timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards

โœ… Qualifications
Active Occupational Therapy license in North Carolina (or eligible)

Prior SNF or sub-acute rehab experience preferred, but not required

Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and adaptability

A team-first mindset and passion for working with diverse patient populations
